Monthly Maintenance
Weekly maintenance is our most frequent maintenance package. Here is a list of just some of the duties we can preform on maintenance visits:
Empty and clean skimmer baskets
Feed aquatic life
Add treatments
Scrub feature for built up algae
Backwash Biofilters
Trim and fertilize plants as needed
Top of feature
Keep an eye on the health of your feature and the equipment being used
Email you reports after every visit of the work done, any suggestions for improvements and anything that may be in need of repair.
Test water for high levels of ammonia, nitrite, phosphate, etc.

Your purchase price of $225 gets you your first visit. After that, payments can be run automatically with your permission, or we can send you out invoices to pay manually. Keep in mind, if invoices are not paid we will not continue to preform maintenance until they are. Each weekly visit is $225.
After this initial payment, we will start your maintenance program sometime in the following week. Which day, will depend on where your address fits in our schedule. We will email or call you when we know what day we will be out and approximately what time.
Just to clarify, here is a list of things we DO NOT do on maintenance calls:
Repair equipment
Install equipment
Add treatments that may be dangerous to the ecosystem
Treat aquatic life with any medication
Give estimates on repairs or improvements
Clean outs
Winterizations
We have a crew just for maintenance and their skills and knowledge are much different then those in our team trained to do repairs, consultations, etc. You’ll need to make a separate appointment for any of those listed services.
